Starting as an intern at Half Stop Down, he rose to become a partner before founding Digital Shadow Production, a production house behind several acclaimed works including Procholito, Munshigiri, Bodh, and Dhaka Metro. Sokal is also known for producing Bangladesh’s first-ever original web series for the Hoichoi OTT platform and for mentoring new-generation filmmakers.
